QUOTE
ITV has been fined £1,660 for animal cruelty over the I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! rat row.

Celebrity chef Gino D'Acampo and actor Stuart Manning sparked the controversy last year by killing and eating a rat while taking part in the Australian-based reality series.

I, personally, do think it is ITV's fault. They were in charge, they were supposed to check whether or not doing something was within or out of the law, and they failed to do this. Therefore, I think it's right that they are fined, but I don't think Stuart and Gino should be help responsible.
